Agronomist/Junior Agronomist

Are you an Agronomist or Junior Agronomist?
You will be passionate about agricultural production, show enthusiasm and compliment the team providing focused solutions to agronomic issues. You must be a team player, self-motivated, adaptable and committed to the job. A Knowledge of Ag chemicals, Fertilisers & Plant Nutrition and Animal Health would be advantageous.

MC Driver

MC experienced grain tipper drivers. Working within SA and Vic, based at Mount Compass or Pt Adelaide. 5-6 days work a week, home weekends. Applicants must be comfortable with living away during the week as you may not be home every night.
Ability to complete and hand in all paperwork and good communication skills are essential.

HC Driver

Based at Mount Compass, must have HC license as a minimum.
A job with a difference. With varied rolls and applications, you may be delivering grain in our Truck and Dogs one day and spreading fertiliser in our 4WD Spreader Trucks the next, experiencing spectacular views and stunning scenery.

HR Driver

This position in based at Mount Compass predominantly the position involves driving our spreader. Successful applicants will show attention to detail be reliable and trustworthy and have a large reserve of common sense. This position is very satisfying and rewarding as it requires us servicing farms. So care and attention to detail is paramount.

MR Driver

This position is for someone looking to advance. First learning the trade by us training you in our Spreader then as opportunity presents its self rising up through the ranks potentially becoming one of our valued road train operators.

Yard Hand

We have a diverse range of roles that are required in the yard from loading, unloading, washing, minor mechanical maintenance of our fleet of trucks. The role also includes moving, blending, weighing of fertilisers. Other roles include keeping yard tidy, servicing customers and general offsider.

Office Manager/Receptionist

You will be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and keeping inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity. You must be computer literate and able to work as part of a team.

Sales

As part of our team at Mount Compass Fertilisers our sales representative will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. You will be required to generate leads, meet or exceed sales goals. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Marketing/Intern

At MCF we produce all of our media content in house. Your role will be varied and wide, covering everything from video production, social media, website design and development. Weekly planning is an essential part of the role and working with the rest of the team knowing their requirements. Allowing us to have the relevant digital media as required.
